What kind of beauty therapists do you work with?

Our therapists are highly skilled, with a broad range of experiences in editorial, fashion, media and celebrity bookings. As a client you can choose from a “Classic” and “Elite” therapist, who differ according to level of experience and products used. How do you vet your beauty therapists?

We have a strict set of entry requirements to ensure that our team of specialist therapists deliver consistently, to the highest possible standard. Every new therapist is thoroughly pre-screened and tested to ensure that they meet our strict criteria. Our vetting process is extensive, involving face to face interviews, trade tests, references and DBS checks. In addition to this, we require all of our therapists to hold individual insurance.
