Where do you ship?
At the moment we are only shipping to the UK.
What is your return policy?
If you would like to make a return, please email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase with your order number and details of your return request, we will come back to you within 72 hours. All unused and faulty products will be accepted. Open and used products not accepted. Customer is responsible for returns.
How long will it take to get my order?
If your order is placed before 12pm Monday to Friday, it will be dispatched the same day and will be with you within 1-2 working days.
If you place your order on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will be dispatched on the next working day and should arrive with you within 1-2 working days.
We cannot take responsibility for parcels that are signed for by anyone other than the intended recipient.
